Thank you for the interest in a reading with Lynn Allen. Lynn works mainly with the emotional body helping you to connect with perspectives that empower you. By doing this, you are able to release fears, worries, and trauma that energetically hold you back from attaining your desires. All readings are recorded. Recordings will be forwarded via email within 48 hours of the reading.
How to prepare for a reading
From the moment you schedule your reading, begin asking that Lynn be a clear and concise channel for your highest expression. Set this intention immediately and reaffirm it whenever you think about it. If you meditate or take quite time for yourself daily, please include this intention at that time as well. Prepare at minimum of three questions you would like to have addressed during the reading. Approximately five minutes before the reading, take a few moments to get yourself centered and again connect with this affirmation and focus on your questions.
What can I ask?
You are welcome to ask anything that pertains directly to YOU! While communication with friends and relatives who have passed on does occasionally come up, Lynn does not focus on communication with them. Her gifts are in helping you create the life your heart desires irregardless of your current situation. Any discarnate communication is generally a direct result of this goal and not the focus of the reading.
Does she do past life readings?
Lynn believes we live each of our lives simultaneously as there is no space and time in Spirit. However, when one of these "past" or other lives is relevant to where you are in the present moment to help you move forward, this information will be presented.
